An invitation

A space to pause and make sense of things.

There are times in life when things feel too heavy to manage alone. You may be feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, affected by trauma, or unsure of who you are and what you need.

My belief is that everyone has within themselves an innate ability to find their way. My role is to help you reconnect with that ability, at your pace, in a space that feels safe, respectful and non-judgemental.

I work in a humanistic, person-centred and solution-focused way, which means we can explore what has happened, how it is affecting you now, and what may help you move towards the life you want.

Ethos

Support for where you are now.

You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to counselling. You may not even know where to begin. That is okay.

Therapy can offer a space to pause, breathe and make sense of what is happening. Together, we can explore your experiences, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find practical, compassionate ways forward.
